We are pleased to announce the opening of our new store, "MONAKA ginza," on Friday, July 31, 2026.
*The pre-opening on Thursday, July 30, is by invitation only.

The Ginza store will feature a wide selection of items, including advanced release items to commemorate the opening, as well as unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.

We hope you will enjoy finding a special piece of jewelry in a more relaxed atmosphere, with personalized attention.

Our entire staff looks forward to welcoming you.

OPENING GUEST AMENITIES

During the Ginza store's opening period, we will offer beverages along with "Wakaba Kage," Toraya's limited summer confection that reflects the changing seasons.

In addition, customers who register for our LINE account upon visiting the store will receive a set of Toraya's "Zangetsu" and "Yaei."

Furthermore, customers who make a purchase will receive original Kohakuto (amber candy) "Paraiba Tourmaline & Emerald."

*All items are available in limited quantities and will be offered while supplies last.

RESERVATION

Regular reservations for the Ginza store will begin on Monday, August 3, via the reservation website.

The opening event on Friday, July 31, is open to everyone without reservation. We sincerely look forward to your visit.

REMOTE ORDER

Orders and remote guidance via email, LINE, Instagram DM, etc., will begin on Wednesday, August 5, at 12:00 PM.

※Currently, the Ginza store's telephone is unavailable.

・For customers wishing to place a mail order, please contact us with your desired product after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5. Your request will be confirmed upon our staff's reply.

・Inquiries and consultations regarding products are accepted in advance, but purchase applications will be handled in the order they are received after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5.
Please note that inquiries received before 12:00 PM on Wednesday, August 5, will not be eligible. We do not accept advance reservations or holds for products.

・To prioritize customers in the store, please understand that it may take some time for us to respond to inquiries and mail orders via email, LINE, Instagram DM, etc.

・For inquiries regarding Ginza store product stock or mail orders, please contact the Ginza store directly.

・Please note that Isetan Shinjuku Store and Osaka Store cannot answer inquiries regarding Ginza store product stock or mail orders.
