We are looking for people who will join us in creating the future of MONAKA, utilizing their own sensibilities and experience—from customer encounters and daily shop operations to ideas for improving the brand.
- General store operations and customer service/sales
- Management of events in Tokyo
- Planning store events, shipping duties, and administrative assistance such as sales management
This job involves working surrounded by beautiful, colorful products in various shapes and forms.
- Experience in sales at a select shop or jewelry store
- Experience in store leadership or management
- Interest in craftsmanship and a desire to deepen your knowledge of jewelry
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in fashion and art
You will handle a wide range of responsibilities that play to your strengths, such as utilizing your analytical skills for management or your planning and creative skills to contribute to the team.
〈Working Hours〉
- Shift system
Ginza Store: 10:30-19:30, 7 hours actual work (1-hour break)
Isetan Shinjuku Store: 10:30-19:30, 7.5 hours actual work (1.5-hour break)
〈Annual Salary Increase〉
Once a year (May)
*Determined based on performance and improvements in skills/abilities

Twice a year (May, December)

〈Holidays and Leave〉
・Annual paid leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, maternity/paternity leave, shortened working hours system
・Year-end and New Year holidays
・Shift-based, 8-9 days per month (108 annual holidays)
*We ask that you work on weekends and holidays as much as possible
・Monthly salary: ¥237,000 – ¥290,000
・Fixed overtime pay: ¥24,000–¥50,000 (equivalent to 15 hours). Overtime exceeding 15 hours will be paid additionally.

We will provide classroom training on stone and product knowledge, as well as customer service methods.
Following this, you will have several opportunities for check-in meetings to share your situation and seek advice,
providing you with the support you need to work with confidence.

Once you are accustomed to customer service, you will join the store team in planning how to showcase products and developing initiatives.

MONAKA is a designer jewelry brand established in 2012, with directly managed stores in Aoyama, Isetan Shinjuku, and Osaka.
The sales role involves engaging in in-depth conversations with customers who visit the store, making it well-suited for those who enjoy talking with people.
As many of our customers purchase items for anniversaries or with the intention of cherishing them for a long time, this is a rewarding workplace where you can feel the joy of helping customers find and fall in love with pieces you have suggested. The store staff work well together and support each other.
In the production management role, because it is a small office, you will have frequent contact with the designer. Rather than being just a cog in the machine, you will find a workplace where your skills are directly utilized. We think of the best methods for the situation, discuss them together, and make improvements as we work.
This role is better suited for those who find fulfillment in a high degree of responsibility and freedom, rather than those who only want to focus on sales.
