【 Customer Blog 】A single pink gleam, a soft shimmering ruby on your finger... / MONAKA osaka
It's been a while since we last introduced a custom order from our Osaka store. Today, we'd like to present a personal jewelry piece ordered by a long-time customer during the [ruby & sapphire fair] held at our Osaka store in January.
The chosen ruby was a vivid pink. For the setting, they opted for a platinum arm and delicate diamonds, with the stone setting crafted from K18 yellow gold.
The special, nuanced expression within its transparency, gained even more depth through the setting, becoming a unique and special ring.
The moment it was placed on her hand, its beauty was further enhanced, and it perfectly complemented the customer's stylish, mixed-material outfit.
It brought us great joy to see how instantly the ring felt familiar and perfectly suited to her hand the moment she put it on.

〈The customer chose the loose stone in the middle of the photo〉 Even as a loose stone, its inclusions were captivating, allowing for full appreciation of its beautiful gradient color. If one were to enjoy this color as jewelry, I felt in my heart that a ring would best bring out its maximum charm.
It seems the customer was also instantly drawn to it when we introduced it on Instagram, and although she initially only planned to look, as we discussed what kind of setting would be wonderful and what material combination would be best, her vision gradually grew, and before she knew it, she decided to welcome that special stone as her own ring.
It truly makes us happy that it was completed as a piece of jewelry for our customer, existing as a ring, and that we were able to see her wearing it!
The stone, beautiful on its own, was transformed into a ring by the customer's sensibility, to be cherished as a piece of jewelry for many years to come... And being present at that moment was the greatest joy for us as staff.
