Flat Pierced is a product made by drilling a hole in a natural stone and passing an earring post through it.
The stone is removable and the design is versatile enough that you can wear it simply with the sapphire post and chain backing, or you can use the chain backing with other earrings.

Coral is not a mineral, so it is not as hard as other gemstones. It may break if dropped or subjected to strong impact, so please handle it with care, such as by storing it separately from other jewelry to avoid scratches.
