◆Engraving service
We will engrave up to 10 characters on the inside of the ring free of charge. The engraving you would like is Please let us know in the comments section of your shopping cart or by email when making payment.

For 11 or more characters, an additional charge of ¥550 (tax included) will be applied per character.

Regarding delivery

<Product delivery time>
・In-stock items will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed. (During the year-end and New Year holidays, shipping will be on business days.) Once the shipment is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days.

-For custom-made items, we will contact you separately with an estimated completion date and delivery date.

・If you purchase made-to-order products (and repair products such as size changes) together with in-stock products, they will be shipped together based on the delivery date of the made-to-order products.
If you would like to have the items shipped separately, please let us know and we will charge you an additional shipping fee.
