If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days. Although there are individual differences, we may have other loose stones in stock, so we may suggest that you purchase them together.

<Product delivery time>
・In-stock items will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed. (During the year-end and New Year holidays, shipping will be on business days.) Once the shipment is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days.

-For custom-made items, we will contact you separately with an estimated completion date and delivery date.

・If you purchase made-to-order products (and repair products such as size changes) together with in-stock products, they will be shipped together based on the delivery date of the made-to-order products.
If you would like to have the items shipped separately, please let us know and we will ship them to you at an additional shipping fee.

<About domestic shipping>
Customers who spend over 55,000 yen (tax included) will receive free shipping.
All deliveries will be made via Yamato Takkyubin Compact.

Delivered by “International parcel”
For items over 200,000 yen, 3,000 yen will be charged for delivery and customs clearance.
Please note that we will contact you with an additional charge according to the amount after your payment.

* Zone 1 includes East Asia, overseas territories of the United States (Guam, Midway, etc.), Micronesia, etc.

Regarding delivery times for orders and repairs (ring sizing, etc.), we are currently offering the following information for both our online shop and direct stores.

<Order>: 3 months <Repair>: 2 and a half months

Once your order is completed, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
