Slit Rock earrings have a minimalist design with the metal parts hidden when worn.
The shape of the stone and its rough texture are emphasized, and although small, each item has its own unique appearance, such as the rough stone's unique outline and beautiful inclusions that display the natural colors and patterns of the stone.
The one-touch design is perfect for those who have difficulty wearing traditional lock earrings. While retaining the feel of the raw stones that are characteristic of MONAKA, these earrings are now easier to wear in your daily life.
[About handling lock earrings]
When creating our lock earrings, design is given priority.
The rock earrings are made using natural stones.
Therefore, if it is dropped or subjected to a strong impact, it will break.
Please do not put on or take off your earrings while walking as this can very easily cause them to fall out.
We can repair stones, but we cannot restore them to their original condition.
The strength will also decrease, so please be careful when handling it.

The wearing image is of a different product from the same series (stone size approximately 1.38 x 1.46 x 1.88 cm), so the size etc. will be different.

*Please note that as these are handmade using natural stones, each piece is unique and may vary slightly.
*Due to the nature of natural stones and differences in device settings, the colors may appear different from the images.
*Measurements refer to the longest point of each dimension (length, width, and thickness). For designs featuring stone settings or bases, the measurement may include the metal components. Please be aware that minor discrepancies may occur.
*To ensure hygiene, the jewelry worn in the photos uses samples with only the post component being the actual item.
*Most of MONAKA's natural stone items are one-of-a-kind. Please note that since these items are also sold in our physical store, they may occasionally be sold out due to timing differences. We will contact you within 3 days if an item is out of stock.
While each stone is unique, we may have other loose stones available. In such cases, we may offer you an alternative.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or a defective item, we will accept returns or exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at info@monakajewellery.com.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
* Requests for returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
* Products that have been more than 7 days since arrival
* Products that show signs of use
* Products for which accessories such as the included box or warranty have been lost
* If the product's condition differs significantly from when it was delivered
If an exchange is not possible due to the item being a one-of-a-kind item or out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to defects or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping costs.
Once payment is confirmed, we will promptly proceed with production. Therefore, please understand in advance that we cannot accept changes to your order details such as length, size, or material for custom-made items.
Regarding delivery
In-stock items will be shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation.
*Year-end and New Year holidays will follow business days.
We will provide you with a tracking number once shipping is complete, so please wait until delivery.
Please note that we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates/times or delivery methods.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make arrangements and confirm details yourself using the tracking number that will be provided after shipping.
*We will only contact you within 3 days if an item is out of stock.
*Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are completed. You will be notified with a shipping notification and tracking number once shipping is complete.
*If you purchase custom-made items, items with size changes, or other such items together with in-stock items, all items will be shipped together according to the custom-made item's delivery schedule.
If you would like separate deliveries, please let us know and we will arrange for separate shipping at an additional shipping cost.
Customers who purchase 55,000 yen or more (tax included) will receive free shipping.
All deliveries will be made via Yamato Takkyubin Compact.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, please confirm them there.
Customs duties and import taxes vary by destination country and will be billed directly to you upon receipt, separate from the shipping fees.
We kindly ask that you research customs duties for your respective country in advance. Please note that we are unable to answer questions regarding customs duties.
Delivery times vary by destination country, ranging from several days to several weeks, and in some cases, around one month.
If you order made-to-order items, the shipping period is not included in the production lead time. Please allow for the shipping period in addition to the production lead time.

Handling Instructions
Jewelry, including natural stones, can be damaged if dropped or subjected to strong impacts, so please handle with care.
Furthermore, refrain from wearing jewelry when doing housework, bathing, sleeping, carrying heavy loads, or playing sports, as this may lead to deformation or damage to the jewelry, or unexpected injuries.
Broken natural stones cannot be repaired, so we recommend putting them on in a soft place, such as on a bed or carpet.
Natural stones with low hardness, such as coral, are particularly vulnerable to impact and chip easily, so please handle with extreme care.
Avoid long-term storage in direct sunlight or in dry, hot, and humid environments, as this may cause deterioration or discoloration.
Also, please refrain from wearing the jewelry in seawater or hot spring water, as these may cause discoloration of metals and deterioration of natural stones.
Natural stones (especially pearls and opals) may deteriorate or discolor if left with moisture or sweat on them. Cosmetics (sunscreen, hand cream, etc.) and chemicals may also cause loss of luster. After use, please gently wipe the jewelry with a jewelry cloth or soft cloth before storing it.
Jewelry can easily scratch each other and may break if they come into contact. When carrying, store them in a jewelry case so they are not crushed. For storage at home, we recommend using a tray or a case with individual compartments.
