<商品のお届けについて>
・オンライン掲載商品は、伊勢丹店/青山店/大阪店で在庫を共有しております為、在庫商品はご依頼を受けてから (お振り込みの場合は入金確認後) 発送まで7日間頂いております。又、時間差で販売済みとなってしまう場合もございます。在庫がない場合は数日以内にご連絡をさせて頂きます。
・発送が完了次第、改めてご連絡をさせて頂きます。
・オーダー品・サイズ直し等のお修理品は、別途納期目安をメールにてお送りいたします。

※年末年始、夏季休暇などの長期休暇時は、別途配送時期のご連絡をいたします。
※受注生産商品(及びサイズ変更等の修理商品)と在庫商品をご一緒にご購入された場合は、受注生産商品の納期にてまとめての発送となります。

全て ヤマト宅急便コンパクト にてご配送いたします。
国内配送は55,000円以上で送料無料となります。

・北海道 ・福岡・佐賀・長崎・熊本・大分・宮崎・鹿児島 : 700円
・沖縄 : 820円
・その他の地域一律 : 640円

配送料金＋保険代金＋(20万円以上の商品は通関手続手数料)が含まれます。

<Overseas Delivery / charge list>
All items will be shipped by “International parcel”.
Shipping fee + insurance fee + (customs clearance fee for items over 200,000 yen) are included.
Please note that the following prices are in Japanese yen, but the amount you will be charged will depend on your currency.

International parcel/Zone 1 : 2,900 yen up to 1kg (Products under 200,000 yen) 
・International parcel/Zone 1 : 6,050 yen up to 1kg (Products over 200,001 yen) 
*Zone 1 is Korea, China, Taiwan

International parcel / Zone 2 : 3,350 yen up to 1kg (Products under 200,000 yen) 
・International parcel / Zone 2 : 6,500 yen up to 1kg (Products over 200,001 yen) 
*Zone 2 includes Asian countries and regions except China, Korea and Taiwan.

International parcel/3rd zone : 4,700 yen up to 1kg (goods are under 200,000 yen) 
・International parcel/3rd zone : 7,850 yen up to 1kg (goods are over 200,001 yen) 
The 3rd zone includes Oceania, Middle East, North America, Central America, West Indies and Europe.

International parcel/Zone 4 : 5,050 yen up to 1kg (goods less than 200,000 yen) 
・International parcel/Zone 4 : 8,200 yen up to 1kg (goods over 200,001 yen) 
Zone 4 is the US (including overseas territories such as Guam)
