Regarding delivery times for orders and repairs (such as ring resizing), we currently offer the following information for both our online shop and directly managed stores.

〈Repairs〉: 2.5 months

We will contact you with an estimated delivery date after your order is complete. Once the product is ready, we will contact you again once it has been shipped.

If the product is ready earlier than expected, we will notify you via delivery and shipping notification as soon as it is ready.

*Regarding international shipping, delivery may take several weeks depending on the country, so the delivery period is not included in the estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is the estimated completion date, and the total delivery time is the estimated delivery time plus the delivery period.

<Product delivery time>
・In-stock items will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed. (During the year-end and New Year holidays, shipping will be on business days.) Once the shipment is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number.
If the item is out of stock, we will contact you within 3 days.

-For custom-made items, we will contact you separately with an estimated completion date and delivery date.

・If you purchase made-to-order products (and repair products such as size changes) together with in-stock products, they will be shipped together based on the delivery date of the made-to-order products.
If you would like to have the items shipped separately, please let us know and we will ship them to you at an additional shipping fee.

<About domestic shipping>
Customers who spend over 55,000 yen (tax included) will receive free shipping.
All deliveries will be made via Yamato Takkyubin Compact.

・Okinawa: 820 yen
