The design features sapphire melee stones with different expressions for each stone, and is set like a half eternity ring. You can enjoy two different looks by changing the direction you wear it. It is also recommended to wear it with stacked ear cuffs or coordinate it with natural stone earrings such as Rock Pierced Earrings.
